i got a question

ok i posted a blog about me earler having trouble well i told the doctor i was coming in and she said nothing is wrong the baby is growing fine but my iron is low wut does that mean and is it bad

Just eat more iron.

Just means you're probably anemic, and will probably be put on iron pills till after your baby's born. If caught early, not normally a big deal!

Most likely your doctor will just put you on iron supplements. 

i'm anemic and my doctor told me i have to make sure i get enough iron or i could have a higher chance of a miscarriage.

Doesn't your doctor explain anything to you? I mean if my doc tells me something is wrong or a little off she explains everything and what they are going to do. I dont understand how doctors dont explain things. thats what they are there for.

I'm anemic too.
I don't like to take iron pills, so I just eat a lot of red meat, eggs, etc.
