restless leg sydrome

I definitely have a case of late-night RLS, although, its not only my legs that become restless, but my arms too.

Is anyone else going through this AND are there any cures at all? It makes me feel crazy.

Im soooo tired but I feel like I have to flail my arms and legs around or they will explode....

My finace has rls... he doesnt have great insurance, so he just kinda deals with it... sometimes for him, taking a hot bath before bed helps

What are the symptoms of this? My Fiancee kicks his legs a lot at night.

Try exercising or moving around more during the day.. also.. when you are in bed.. resist the urge to move and give in to the restless legs and arms... I had that problem too and this helped.. I dont have the problem anymore.

uggghhh i have it. I had it occasionally before i got pregnant, but like most symptoms with pregnancy, everything seems to be amplified! i just deal with it, unfortunately. I didn't think the doctors could really do anything for it? I just try to walk around a bit before i actually fall asleep or have my boyfriend rub my legs and thighs until i fall asleep

Its characterized by an intense need to move your legs while lying down or resting. It feels like bugs crawling all over my legs or like electrical impulses. It's really annoying. Basically it's like my body is exhausted, but will not rest.

It sucks.
