Cold Medicine

What type of cold medicines can I use that's safe for me and the baby? I'm thinking about getting those cough drops with vitamin C like Ricola. Or should plain ol' Orange Juice do the trick?

I just got over a cold and I used tylenol cold.....and some Halls cough drops.

My dr told me no cold medicines when I was preggo. Just Benadryl...which didn't help the cold, but it did help me get some sleep. Ask your dr, every one of them is different on what they think you can/can't take.

i can take tylenol cold and benadryl.

Thanks a lot ladies. So I'll run down to Walgreens and check out both products.

Once you already have a cold the extra vitamin c wont fend off the cold. I just like vit c when I'm sick bc mentally it makes me feel better. lol

Ah, okay. Well then I shouldve thought about the Vitamin C a lot earlier huh? lol
