shots and feeling like shit!

How many shots will Parker get today? He is 4 months old (I cant believe it!!!!) That, plus I feel like shit! I have a head cold that is killing me...it was so bad this morning I had to call into work. I could not even take a shower without losing my breath and had to lay down when I dried off. Ugh! I hate being sick!!! I am about to go grab some tylenol cold!!! 

Coincidence, I just came home with Thomas from his 4 month appt and he got 4 shots and an oral polio. I gave him tylenol an hour before the appt and he has been fine so far. I have to work later too, so I didn't want him to be a mess for my mom.

i think its either 3 or four but just try to destract him if you have a good nurse he might not notice it so much.

my husband is going and he is going to distract him while they give the shots. He will also be with him when we get home thank goodness...todays also happens to be our 1 year anniversary, and his commanders were nice enough to give him the day off! Too bad I feel shitty!

There was no distracting my baby. He screamed bloody murder and had the reddest face you have ever seen. I felt like shit. I absolutely know it's necessary and that he would be fine, but I still felt like shit. I guess that's what happens when you are a mom.

well if you cant distract him just be glad for short memorys lol it wont take much to get him to forget it just dont forget to give him tylenol after. oh and happy anniversary!

thank you! We are getting steaks at the grocery store and grilling tonight...then we will eat our year old wedding cake! I had a taste of the icing and it tasted really good!!!
