My face is flushed and my cheeks are really red, I'm warm, and I got a headache all of a sudden.
It's obvious that my blood pressure skyrocketed, this is the first time, should I call the doctor, or wait and see if it goes down?

go lay down for a few minutes.....if then you are still feeling this way, call!

I stood up and instantly felt better, weird.
I'm gonna call my doctor anyway. hopefully he doesn't want me to come in though, ha.
