phillip's 1st birthday

this was a month ago, and i finally got around to loading up the pictures........better than never  

the first ones are from a restaurant that the mil picked out to go to (she always picks out shitty chain restaurants...........this was at the montanas......of course phillip didn't mind at all..........but i am always left hungry since i have a tough time picking out what to eat  )




these are from the party where only my family came...........no inlaws bwahahahhaha

I am jealous of Phillip's cake! Looks like he had a lot of fun!!   And yey for no in-laws!!

this one was pure chocolate, and frosting, and lots of sugar, so it was a huge no for phillip
besides he loves mango so much that he was happy anyways
plus he doesn't know what he's missing out on..............yet

Yea, I used the pumpkin substitution thatLaura suggested a while back. And used a light cool whip frosting loaded with blueberries and strawberries.

But we are NOT having a cake next year. FOOT DOWN! I compromised with my family because I understand the "importance" of a first birthday... but she will not have another cake until she says "Mom, can I have a cake for my birthday?"
