Mirena TMI

Wasnt sure where to put this...but I know I can feel my mirena strings...But like how far up or what? I am trying to make sure it is still there...I feel kinda weird since I have to do anything with it...I am scared it fell out without me know about it...So how do I tell it is up there? Sorry...I know this is weird...my doctor didnt tell me...Thanks...

So I just got one put in yesterday and I cant answer your question because I have no idea...but I am wondering...when did you get yours? Im just about 8 weeks pp and have been exclusivly breastfeeding, I hadnt had a period yet...now Im spotting because of getting it put in...I am curious if that means the end of not having a  period now that I have this? Becuase I sure liked not having one!

i finally felt mine the other day and i have had it for like 6 months. all i have to say is you will know, the strings hurt if you poke them. lol.

oh and it was pretty far up for me..

I didnt get mine till I was 3 months pp. nearly 4 months. I only spotted a small amount when I got mine, but like I said I have only had it in for 9 days. I have not had a period...but mine is supposed to be coming any day!I have had some cramping the past couple of days though. Good luck! I hope you dont have one...
