Quoting proud mama to ailey:“ heres bedding, and when you click on one there at the bottom it says mini crib bedding http://www.walmart.com/catalog/catalog.gsp?cat=526477&fromPageCatId=524144&catNavId=524144”
Quoting Sammie Jay©:“ Dont get a mini crib unless you are planning to get a new one at about 7 months!”
Quoting sarah1209:“ Well my son is 11 months and will be 18 months when the baby is born. I would like to keep him in his ... [snip!] ... two. He will have to share his room with the new baby for a few months which is why I am opting for a mini. Have you had one?”Yeah, we used it from about 4 months to about 7 months. It started getting to small around 6 months though. I was always afraid he would fall out if it! If you just need it for the first few months (from when your son is 18 months to when he turns two) then I would go ahead and buy it! Then you can just put the new baby in your sons old crib when he/she grows out of the mini.

Quoting sarah1209:“ Did you have a hard time finding bedding for it? Fall out of it? Like climb over the railing?”My MIL found some bedding at Target for it. And yeah, by the time he was 7 months the railing hit by his stomach when he would stand up in it.

Quoting ♥stacie♥:“ Sarah, just some thoughts. For Nolan. He may be jealous of the baby if the baby takes his bed. It might ... [snip!] ... you could just take the side off for Nolan. Just a thought. But if you aren't worried about the transition then get the mini.”I really couldn't imagine getting two full size cribs in there. I didn't really planning on using it as the day bed. I wanted to get him new furniture.
