32 weeks 5 days and having

what I think are contractions. Ihear they feel like menstrual cramps and for the past three or four days I'll have those through out the night while I sleep and early in the morning. This is baby number 1. As of yesterday, I was getting these pains twice an hour. And as of one week ago, my vaginal discharge became really gooey and slimy which leads me to believe my mucus plug has came out. Should I call my OB or would this be another "it's normal" things...

also, I've been having alot of pressure "down there" when I walk... and yesterday all day it felt like I had the runs but I didn't...

What would you mean by regular?

a pattern of time like every 4 minutes those are contractins they follow a pattern.

aren't braxton hicks contractions not painful though?
