my little guy isn't feeling well

I thought it was just him being tired and all but he isn't feeling well

he's been laying on my mom's bed for awhile today watching tv, he didn't want anything to eat, and under his eyes look puffy and red

but he doesn't have a temperture thank God. he's warm but no temperture....so, I gave him some children's tylenol. hopefully that works for him a little bit.....I hope he starts to feel better.

Allergy's maybe?

well, he just coughed a little too and he just doesn't look like he feels well......I know allergies can show up anytime but I think it may be a little cold......I'm gonna keep an eye on him though and see
