Tattoo question/suggestion?...FIXED

okay, sorry that was so big lol...I drew that on my foot right now just to show a quick example of the kind of tattoo I want, and where and everything..

hopefully everyone can make out what it is...two footprints. not my sons actual footprints, just tiny footprints. I have them on my foot, to the side to symbolize walking with me at my side always. I want this tattoo to symbolize my relationship with my children therefore I don't want to put Jacob's birthdat or name because I plan on having more kids..but I do want something to symbolize motherhood or maybe the relationship with my children..

any ideas? I dunno, maybe a word, or a short phrase, or just something to symbolize my children that will fit with the size and shape of the tattoo, as wel as the location...so I am taking all ideas as I want to get this this weekend sometime! also, do you think it's cute? be honest lol! thanks ladies!

The footprints are too small. If you get them tattooed on, they will eventually run together in the years.

Bigger- because the toe area will eventually run in with the rest of the foot. And farther apart for the same reason.
I mean, it would be really cute. And if you got it that small, it would be cute for about 2-4 years, then it will start growing together.

well I'm glad you told me something lol! do you have tattoos? about how much do you think this would cost?

If you get them at a size that they will remain as cute as the drawing, you're looking at around 80-110 (by the prices around here). Being all black, they will be cheaper then a color tattoo.

I'm a real sucker for baby foot tattoos....I have my son's footprint from the hospital tattooed on my back...was about to get my daughter's to join it when I got pregnant again this time. Guess I'll just have more to get done in a few months haha

I think it's a really good idea, but I agree the spacing should be a little bigger and I think it would look better a little bigger.

Where are you looking at going? Super Changos is really good, and they could help you figure out the sizing there. Thats where I've gone for my last tattoo and piercing.

I don't have any, and our camera is currently out of batteries.   But it's nothing really special, just an outline of a dolphin above my ankle. It's in the woodlands, on the feeder right past Sam's Boat and Blvd, next to food town.
