Country music song-Daughter/father/married?

I heard this song at the store yesterday that was really beautiful, but I have NO clue how to go about finding the title and artist. Can you help me?

It is about a guy who wants to marry this girl and the dad calls him into the room to talk to him right before he gets ready to ask the dad for her hand in marriage. Before the guy can ask her dad he notices the pictures in the room of the girl he loves and how she has grown up and sees how much the dad loves the daughter and wonders if he can love her as well, but then sees that the dad approves.

Well that is basically what it is about, but as you can see I am stuck. Please point me in the right direction if you can.

It was so cute, my dad came ove rone day before the wedding and he said he found a song he wanted us to dance to for the father daughter dance and that is what he picked, and he said to me," you are going to cry". he was right!
