This saturday my little boy will 5 months! He is soo smart and so beautiful! Well I had gained 100lbs during my pregnancy! I weighed 230lbs. I am now 170, but I mean he is now 5 months, I figured I would be my normal size again! What are some good excersizes to drop my weight?
He is so cute! Try walking/jogging. Eating a healthy well balanced diet. Drink plenty of water (you will pee alot of the weight out), stay away from sweets! Good luck!
You could always do a mommy and me swimming class or something. Swimming is great exercise. I know the thought of being in a swim suit is a scary thing, but it will be all other moms who just had babies so everyone is in the same boat. and its a great way to meet other mom's with babies around your son's age
