Contractons knock you on your ass sometimes.. They can hurt really bad or they do. BH goes away. Not as painful nor do they stay around.

If you're having a real contraction....you'll know it.
You think BH are the real thing, until you get a real one. ow.

My bh're were just tightenings that felt like period pains, but they went after about 30 seconds, whereas with my real contractions i felt them all in my back, they were intense and lasted longer

Pretty sure you'll know.
I get contractions, and they'll hurt so bad, I won't be able to talk or anything, all I can do is lay there and squeeze something.

With my BH it would feel like a period cramp and go away.

Real contractions are in a pattern. They last up to a min. BH last for shorter amounts of time and come here and there never in a pattern.

My BH's were like a bad period cramp...While Contractions,OH boy!is all i got to say...
