Quoting MelissaClair:“ Just trying to make people more aware. This was the easiest decision me and my boyfriend ever had to ... [snip!] ... deeply. For his sake maybe infant tylenol? Too bad there is no such thing as a time machine, because that is the best answer.”

Posting that site was just ignorant.Who are you to to tell a new mother that she was wrong for having it done.in this day most parents do choose to circumcise. It's cleaner and healthier for the baby, you don't have to worry about not getting it cleaned right and causing an infection, besides,if it weren't safe, then it wouldn't be an option for new borns, and no doctor in his right mind would recommend it..I know grown men who didn't get circumcised and they wished they were.landons mommy asked what she could do to sooth her baby, not if she had done the right thing, and i for one don't think she did anything wrong.I know my son will be circumcised, and I won't feel bad about it.
For landons mommy, try both the tylenol and talking to him.and hold him close, babies are soothed by mommy's touch and voice.Talking to him and holding him may be even better for him than the tylenol.
