when your baby stopped being colicky, did it make you feel like something was wrong? i know it sounds crazy but Rylan cries so much that when he's awake and content too long it makes me feel like something is wrong.... its like totally opposite of what its supposed to be
he cries all the time if he's not being held, and today i set him down to use the bathroom and he was content for like 30 min! andit made me worry! how weird is that?

When a baby has colic it's normal. My son was almost 4 months old to the day when the colic started to pass. They say if it continues longer than 5 months then to definately see if something else is wrong. Have you tried switching formula for your baby? That worked pretty good for my son.

When my baby first started to ease up on the colic, I thought she was sick! And she was smiling. Colic makes your head weird. Just be glad it's stopping. When it is completely gone, you will be so thrilled with your happy baby (my baby smiles all day long - people are shocked when I tell them what the first three mos were like!).
Hang in there -- sounds like it starting to improve!

My son cries all the time when we arent holding him. The otehr night he just "chilled" in his crib for a along time. My husband looked at him and said, "whats wrong with him?" We were both scared he was sick. Haha we dream and dream of the moment they stop crying, then that moment comes and we end up thinking something is wrong with them. My mom always says that a mother never stops worrying.
