preemie socks..

ok i have a question for you mommies with preemies, my sons not a preemie but very small, he was 5 lbs 6 oz and is only 17 1/2 inches, i cant find socks to fit him at all! i know they make preemie socks and i sure would love to put him in something other then sleepers lol, any one know where i can find some at?

have you tried babies r us....i think i was preemie clothes there

I have had such bad luck getting any socks to stay on baby's feet though, for now we just put a blanket over her legs when her little feet get cold. There was one kind of socks I found at walmart with pink cuffs and the slipper sock type thing on the bottom, with bunnies and one said "baby girl" on the others, those are the best I've found so far.

Yeah, try babies r us. They have lots of stuff for preemies there.

I wouldn't bother. The preemie socks are shorter, but not less wide. They just fall right off like all the others. I just did footed outfits until my kid's feet were big enough for slippers or socks. With that said, I think it's walmart that made socks that ran 'thin'. Those were the best for my kid's tiny feet.

I got some socks at JCPennys that fits my daughter pretty good. They seem to be pretty thin around the ankles.

I hated that i couldnt find anything to fit my preemie baby. Goodluck =)

I love Old Navys socks for kids

Babies R Us has preemie socks, but they are really tiny and even though they fit my girl, they would still fall off. Buy stuff with covered feet for a little while and then Carters has these tiny newborn socks that have tighter ankles that actually stayed on my babies feet once she hit close to 5 pounds. Definitely check out the Carters socks.

Babies r Us is definitely the best place to find preemie clothes. I lucked out with getting a pack of Circo socks that were perfect for my 4 pound princess.
