Does anyone have suggestions on taking vitamins and keeping them down?

take them with a full glass of water and at night time right before bed... that is what i have always done and it makes a world of difference

from my experience taking the vitamin at night helps alot so you dont feel sick the next day i usually eat some something before i go to bed and take the vitamin and wash it down with something to drink n i found it helps alot than before when i use to take it in the morning or at lunch

I had problems with getting sick to my stomach after taking the vitamins. What worked for me is to eat a meal first (I usually take it after breakfast) and to make sure you wash it down with a full glass of water.

Yeah, from my experience...it's not a good idea to take them on an empty stomach...you'll pretty much end up throwing them up...and then you just have to take more since you didn't get to digest them...lol I take mine at night now as well..but that's mostly just to help me remember...it's a lot easier to take them when I'm in there getting ready for bed than to try to remember some random time during the day...lol Good luck. ^_^

I've been taking the vitamins at night, with a full bottle of water and with a full stomach and it has been working! Thanks for all the suggestions!

^_^ The first time I took my vitamins on an empty stomach was also the first time I threw up during this pregnancy...and that was a few weeks before I started getting morning sickness....My mother was visiting and she decided to point out to me that I need to eat first AFTER I was throwing them up in the starbucks parking lot....lol I learned my lesson though. ^_^
