You need to talk to your doctor about a fistula. You may have a tear in your intestine that is leaking through into your vagina!

Don't ask how I found this post lol but I feel bad for OP this is acutally quite possible. There is a very thin wall between your vaginal canal and colon. If she tore badly its possible if it wasn't sewn tightly enough or properly that feces could come through and out her vagina. Your anus has a sphincter and your vagina does not therefore it'd be easier for the feces to come through the vagina (think path of least resistance) I also heard about this being possible from anal sex, if the woman tore slightly and the wound became infected it could essentially eat a hole in the wall. (I heard this on talk sex with Sue johansen lol)

For all of you "laughing" about this, I'd like to laugh at you for how uneducated you are. First, not only absolutely possible to pass feces through your vagina, it happens to women daily. There's a devastating birth injury called obstetric fistula that is still occurring in developed countries as well as developing countries. An obstetric fistula occurs in a number of ways: a woman is left to labor for too long, and the skin between the rectum and vagina dies, leaving a hole. A fistula can occur from tearing as the baby decends down the birth canal as the woman is giving birth, or a fistula can occur as the result of the use of forceps or other interventions during birth. This, unfortunately is NOT as uncommon as the medical community would have you think. Just because you haven't heard of it, does NOT mean it doesn't happen. It's very real, and is affecting women's lives in negative ways daily. Educate yourself:

Wow I did not know women on here could be so cruel and judgmental - I thought this was a place women could go to ask for help and advice. This problem is truly possible and actually more common than one would think. I happened to my mother after my brother was born. She was going to tear at his birth so the doctor did and episiotomy and actually cut to far, he ended up actually cutting into her anal sphincter. That was 30 years ago and to this day she still has problems, hold in gas and fecal matter. I truly feel bad for this girl and yes you need to call your doctor/go to the emergency room/ go to urgent care because they should be able to repair the rip/sew you back up and hopefully you should not having any lasting problems. I confess that I cannot believe what some of you 'idiots' (and even that word is not strong enough) have replied to this poor lady.
YES pooping out of your vagina is possible. YES weeing out your vagina is possible too. They are called obstetric fistulas where an opening is created from the rectum to the vagina or bladder to the vagina. This commonly occurs in Africa (I am assuming you all know where Africa is) because of prolonged labour and also occurs in developed countries like UK, USA, Australia and Canada because of surgical error or Crohns disease.

Wow. Those of you laughing at this poor woman, should be slapped across the face. You didn't know you were bullies did you? You would never say this to her face, so why would you do that on here? She came on here looking for answers and you laughed at her pain. What is wrong with you? I pray that God has mercy on you, but you will one day lay suffering with a far worse fate than this. I hope no one laughs at you. What makes me so upset is that you are mothers! I hope your children turn out better than you, but I seriously doubt it. Look at who they have for mothers.

Oh and by the way I tore completely after my two kids were born. You can laugh at me too.

This makes me absolutely sick. You insensitive ignorant people. This poor woman is suffering from a life altering condition that will never leave you the same. I too had an obstetric fistula that caused me 9 surgeries, an ileostomy bag, $20,000 in medical bills, 3 years of my life, and a lifetime of incontinance and embarrassment. You should be ashamed of yourselves you bullies. This is a very serious condition. I contemplated taking me own life because of this, and here you sit making fun of someone who is suffering. Get a clue. Such insensitive people there are here. How would you feel if you had Smurf spilling for your vagina with no control over it? How would you feel if you were in public and scrapped yourself because you have damage to your sphincter? Better yet how would you feel if for 3 years your child didn't know you because you were in and out of the hospital so much you never say them, and when u were home u had to have someone with u because you couldn't lift them or care for them? Get over yourselves and grow the hell up! And to the original girl who made the post, I hopeyou are no longer suffering and you have found peace.
