but No, I definately don't gag! I don't think I've ever heard anyone say it makes them gag..  

When you first get it done, it's definately like 'woah. this is toooo much.' lol. but that's just because, well, you've suddenly got a bar through your tongue! lol. But half the time I don't even notice mine now.... I actually slur when I have them out (but since I have two, I'm suuure it makes a difference..lol) because I talk to fast, and my tongue rings aren't there to slow me down! haha, that's my theory why anyways..lol.

You know what?... I've taken the ring out for months at a time & never had a problem putting it back in. The last time I had a ring in was before I delivered, which was Sept.'07. I'm kinda scared to see it's still open.
