Screw P. Management (vent)

So my air conditioner is broken. AGAIN. wouldn't be that big of a deal cuz i can live with the heat. but Jalen is a different story. he is in here sweating. apparently when it's under 80 outside it's not considered an emergency anymore. but guess what you sorry excuse for a maintenance team. i have a 4 month old, he can't handle this heat. just because it's 78 degrees outside, doesn't mean it's that cool inside. what's that you say? open the windows an turn on the fans? well i would be more than happy to open the windows if your sorry asses had ever replaced my screens like you promised months ago. but, since you haven't, i'm not about to have a house full of bugs. oh, guess it's a safety hazzard for you to work on the a/c units after dark. well if your incompetent ass had come over when i first called it would still be light outside. and safety hazzard? the risk of SIDS increases if a baby gets too hot. i swear someone better come over here first thing in the morning or there will be hell to pay. this is absolute bullshit! oh and i am reporting it to my command, that's a hazardous living condition for an infant
