Tri-Cyclen Low

I have been taking tri-cyclen low for 3 months now,and I've been off it for about 2 weeks now. I'm now ttc and just wondering if anyone has any idea how long it might take for the birth control to leave my body?

I took tri-cycle for about2 months and lost my last pack and two weeks later I got preggers with this baby. I'm not sure how long it takes to leave the body but it sure didn't take long of me. Goood luck on making your baby!!!!!

i got preggo like 2 weeks later after i ran out and forgot to go get more!!! and then in the heat of things didnt remember that i had to use a condom... tadah.. my baby is 1 month old now.

ETA: I had been taking Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo for 3 years up until then...

Ditto. I was on Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo, went off ofit TTC, and got pregnant that month. Lots of luck to you!

My presciption lapsed and there are 348652 different rite aids by where I live so it kept getting sent to the wrong one. I had been on it foralmost threeyears. My conception date is about 2-3 weeks after I had stopped taking it. Good Luck!

I knew i wasnt the only one to get prego so fast!!!!

There was this other crazy BGer on a dif post the other day when i made a statement that i recently learned it is so much easier to get pregnant right after you stop taking BC she said - no, it takes at least 3 months at the minimum to get prego after taking birth control.

I have heard both sides lol. Some say it can take FOREVER to get pregnant again, and some say you're super fertile after being on it. From the looks of it, I'm believing the second one more and more. I'm really hoping I get pregnant within the next two months though. We will be financially ready by the time the bawby came and we'de be living on our own, and I would have my kids as close in age as I have always wanted them. And I also want to have a baby right away in memory of my mom and her wishes. It was her lifelong with for her kids to have either two four or six kids, not an only child, and not an odd number, so I'm going to live up to her dreams hopefully.
