Clogged Ducts.

So two weeks ago my son weaned himself cold turkey, other then feeling a little emotionally bruised I recovered. He on the other hand is no worse for ware. The last couple of days my boobs have become so sore. I think from my research that I have clogged ducts. It doesnt seem like my supply is drying up. All it takes is a little bit of pressure for me to start leaking everywhere. I was wondering if anyone had any hints for drying up my supply and drying up my supply. Please help.

try to use warm compresses (wash cloths will work too) and press down and massage a little bit. this should help ease the pain. a nice warm shower will as well.

I heard a tight braw might help. pump a little out of each to releave the pressure just not empty. Don't let it go to masstitis then you've got real problems.

Mine were like that for the first 1-2 weeks but after about 5-6 weeks they had fully dried up.

I've heard you're supposed to put cabbage leaves in your bra..

Yeah I have heard about the cabbage thing. I will have to try it tomorrow as nothing is open now   I tried the hot shower thing and leaked everywhere but it didnt seem to ease the pain.
