Anyone ever taken slimfast while breastfeeding or know if its ok/safe to take while breastfeeding?

i heard it isn't safe cause its a diet product and baby needs your nutrients more than you do. maybe you should consult your doctor and ask him/her if it is safe. but i've always heard it wasn't

they make an ensure type drink for pregnant women, so i dont see why you wouldnt be able to have that while breastfeeding

I would think its fine as long as your also eating regular food. Slimfast has alot of nutriants in it.

Well I was planning on just replacing 1 meal a day with it and eating every other meal like I normally do. I just wanted other peoples opinions on it but I think I will also call my doctor or just hold of taking it all together. Thanks girls!
