you could probably delay reasonably until 6 months if you wanted.

I don't even know what shots they give at 2 months and I don't know what to say to her pedi about delaying them.

at 2 months according to the CDC's recommended schedule they are given HepB (it has a range between 1-2 months), Rv, DTaP, Hib, PCV, and IPV. http://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/recs/schedules/downloads/child/2009/09_0-6yrs_schedule_pr.pdf

If you are interested in delaying them until you can do more research simply tell your pedi that at this time you are uncomfortable getting her shots until you can read up on them a little more, and will consider beginning them a little later than normal. That will buy you some time to decide what you feel is best but still give the dr a little assurance that you are still on the fence and haven't shut out the option all together.

You should definitely not get shots if you don't even know which shots she's getting. You should be thoroughly informed on each vaccine: which disease it protects against, how well the vaccine works, the risks of the vaccine, and the risks of the disease. Please don't blindly vaccinate your child! Vaccines are very serious pharmaceutical products which involve very serious risks.

What you say to your ped about delaying is "We won't be doing any shots today, thank you."

Well, what you do is stop altogether until you can get more informed on vaccines, the diseases, and the risks of both. Then you can formulate a plan on which, if any, vaccines you are comfortable doing. At check ups you tell the nurses and doctor that you won't be doing any shots that day, that you're delaying them until later. No need to go into much detail with them, although you can mention that you're researching the issue and politely accept any advice on which resources to use while researching. Don't let anyone pressure you into giving shots that you don't want to give.

The doctor went over all the vaccines today. My husband said she was getting them.

I told him all that stuff. He said we had vaccines and we are fine. He says I'm on the internet too much.

Is there anyone on here with any testimonials about bad experiences with the vaccines their child got?

IMO that argument is stupid.
It's like saying
"My mom smoked weed while pregnant with me, and I'm fine"... so we should do it??
Or "my mom drank alcohol wile pregnant and I'm fine. My mom held me on her lap and drove when I was a baby, and I'm fine." The list could go on.
There are a million and two things that people have done and are fine, but that doesn't mean that they should be common practice.
And while we're on the subject...
I never was vaccinated at all and I'm fine.
