I recommend buying "The Vaccine Book" by Robert Sears. Have your husband read on all the shots your child is supposed to be getting atthe next shot appt, and let him see all the ingredients and side effects on all of them. That may help change his mind if he sees it for himself.

Thank you for the book reference and that website. I think that will help us a lot. I am becoming ever more wary, and my husband is beginning to -think-.

I just wanted to say you are doing the right thing! One of the biggest mistakes we make as mothers is being a follower and not a leader of our children.

My opinion on the whole I'd rather something happen to my child because of something I didn't do, rather than something I did do.", well I gave my child vaccines and he has Autism, and I did that.

I just had to say great minds think alike....if u look back on like page 2 or so, i said the same exact quote "I would rather my child get sick from something I didn't do, rather than something I did do."

haha, sorry I did not go back through. The guilt I live with everyday kills me, but this is my life. I am just happy some people take the time to do some research, for me it was to late.

I am sorry to hear that!! Truly....the contraversy was not as heard of back then unfortunately though. Are you absolutely certain it was caused by the vaccination? Just curious to know.

Kenneth's official diagnosis reads : Vaccine Injured: Autism   We were sent to the vaccine injury fund set up but I refused, if I filed a claim he would be not be able to as an adult OR if they government ever admited anything and families started to sue we would have given up that right.

I cant say that the ASD was " caused " by the vaccines but at the very least I think it was triggered by them. He was fine until his 18 month shots and there are no others in my VERY large family with any of the same issues.

Wow! It's amazing how they are still trying to act like it isn't linked!! That is very strong proof right there. Why else would they have that vaccine injury fund?

Exactly! That is what most parents of vaccine injured children know, but, this fund is set up so that they still do not have to admit any guilt.

Well, they admit guilt, they just don't have to pay for it....right?

Well if you read everything about it not realy. No where do they admit guilt, its almost as if they say " Oh we are sorry your kid was hurt by this, we are such nice supportive people here is a whopin $1500 for a kid you will paying that for weekly, now go make sure to vaccinate your others "   It pisses me off

Well, i just got my son some shots for the first time at his 6 month appt. He got the Hep B, Dtap, and Polio. It was a 3 in 1 shot, so he only had one shot... and the doc wanted to give him 2 more shots as well that day, um no thank you! It was for the bacterial meningitis vaccines.... i might take him back at 7.5 months to get those, i dont know.

But he did really well with the 3 he got. No reactions, no fever. He was a happy baby, slept through the night. We didnt give him tylenol or anything.
