PP excercise?! and a question... or two... =)

so, forgive me if i do not spell anything correctly or use propper terms and use slang...I have baby in hand BFing and am still gettin the hang of things...
so first ofa all... my question, tonight i was at my moms helping her correct papers (she is a 5th grade teacher...) and i dd the same the night before, Kara ALWAYS sleeps a long time over there, with her papa... now, I have been falling asleep while feeding her the past few nights, as she always stays awake for 2-3 hours LATE at night...well tonight i asked to get an energy drink...without thinking about the effects (through breast milk.) i drank it pretty much all gone...my question is, will this harm her? or have any long lasting effects?! ... ... ... and i know that it was stupid... now that i think about it... but i\I AM TIRED! (hense the whole thing.)
second, any really good vitamins to take while BFing besides prenayals??
lastly, what are some good PP excercises?! i am only 1 week PP but i am no longer sore... and yes i know that means that i am still not healed...but i want to start tryin to get my weight down... also, what is a safe calorie intake while BFing? ...

Idon't think it will hurt her, but I would stay away from energy drinks while bfing. I would try to stay away from them indefinetaly. I love(d) them, but they are so bad for you and definetally bad for baby! Now that they are not a part of my life its easier to avoid them, I'd hate to get hooked again after bfing!
If you're taking your prenatals that should be plenty of vitamins, you don't want to over do it! Too much of a good thing can be a really bad thing. Check the daily values on your prenatals, if you're not getting 100% of a key vitamin then think about supplimenting for that
At one week pp it is probably best to stay with walking! You could slowly start adding jogging. Cardio is going to help you loose the weight the fastest, then you'll just have to tone.
