growth spurt...

my daughter is 18 days old and I think that she may be going through a growth spurt.... did anyones elses children go through one so early?

They hit one around 3 weeks, another at 6 weeks, another around 8 weeks... and then they start spacing out a bit   At least, that is how it happened with my girl  

My son is at the 6 week one. I am so stressed! He wants to eat every second and is gassy and fussy. I hope this spurt ends soon.

Thats how Averi is right now... she wants to eat nonstop.. MY NIPS ARE GETTING SSSSOOOOOORRREEE lol she is finally sleeping right now but we will see for how long

now I have another ?..... I nursed my son for 13 months and I don't really remember the spurts.. this won't mess with my supply will it? it will just increase with her right??

Yes   As she hits a growth spurt and nurses more frequently, your supply will increase to compensate. It will do that with every one she hits   Our boobs are smart ;D

I also nursed my 1st for 13 months. I found that I have always made enough for what they want, plus a little extra. I remember the 12 week spurt with my daughter very well! I thought I would lose my mind! She seriously would eat every 30 minutes!
