Am I pregnant? Pregnancy signs and Symptons

So we've been waiting on our period, but nothing yet...but could it mean we are pregnant. Here are some common pregnancy signs and symptons to answer that all important question; -

Am I Pregnant?

* Feeling nauseuos
* Headache
*Slight cramping but no sign of Menstration
* Sore Breasts
* Food smells making you feel ill or nauseeous
* Exhaustion/feeling tired very easily
* Weight Gain
* Urinating more than normal
* Spotting

Many woman will only have a couple or none of the signs above.

I did a pregnancy test and it was positive. What do i do next?

If your pregnancy test results are positive, you should consult your doctor to discuss your pregnancy and what steps and precautions should be taken next. In addition, if your test is negative and you still suspect you may be pregnant, you may want to confirm your test results with another home pregnancy test a few days later. If you test too early you may get a negative result because not enough of the H.C.G. hormone has built up in your system

Crying because it's all so sad and still wanting to kill the next person dumb enough to talk to you.
Thinking that onion and fried egg on toast is a good idea.
Convincing yourslef that the little bit of waight your gaining is just because your eating potato chips with breakfast and that it will drop back off in a few weeks.
Becoming unnaturally defencive of you pillows/bed space.
Suddenly thinking other peoples baby's are so much cuiter.
Or maybe that was just me hmmm

How common is it to know you are pregnant like a few hours after "the act" took place? I sware the next day I felt nauseas and about a week later my hair started springing out. Then my guy felt dizzy and nausea before I even told him I was pregnant. Is this possible???

i need help.
i took a pregnacy test today but i says im not pregnat.
im late. ive been moody,dizzy, have had headaches too,nauseated and extremaly tired lately.
i dont wanna tell my parents that i might be pregnat.
so can anyone help me out. to what i should do.

Ashley boo - Sometimes the home pregnancy tests show false positives. For some women, the hormone levels for the pregancydo not show up on a regular pregnancy test and other times the test is just taken too early. It is best to test in the morning when your hormone levels would be most elevated. I would not worry yet, sometimes your period just comes late. But I suggest maybe going to a clinic to get a blood test and another urinary pregnancy test. The blood test will show if your HCG levels are elevated which is the "baby hormone". Places such as planned parenthood and other pregnancy counseling centers should offer a confidential test for little to no cost. Best wishes!

So, I have kind of a silly question.... I just found out I'm pregnant a week ago and I don't have a regular doctor. For the past few years I've been going to Planned Parenthood to get birth control and my annual exam, but I haven't had any other reason to go to the doctor so I don't have one.....What would be the best way to find a doctor ASAP?
