I've been checking out the Jane strollers

Does anyone have info about jane strollers?

any places deliver in U.S
and what is 6.5 kg in pounds?

I thought only the Jane powertwin was available in the US through letsgostrolling.com

I'm in Canada and wanted to bring over the Jane twin two --just the stroller, not the car seats. And while I found 3 or 4 places that said they ship internationally, when I told them this is what I wanted they said they couldn't ship it here.  

to convert into pounds, multiply by 2.2
keep in mind that this may only be the chassis weight -- not the weight including the seat

I knew i had to purchase the jane on a internet site from a different country the one i saw that i liked was from whizzywheel but i sent them a question about the stroller and they answered the question but not the one i asked???   which i found annoying.

but the stroller i liked !it said it was 8.5 kg so times that by 2.2 so 17 pds just about so if thats only the chassis what about the seat?

and why would they say international and not be i know you where upset  
i guess its our fault for wanting something thats not amwerican or canadian made!  

anyway i will get my foriegn stroller the question is from where and which one!

Ebay might end up being your best bet.
If you do find someone that will ship this over to you, let me know. I'd still like to get my hands on a twin two.

i just have to say if you buy from ebay in the UK always ask that the item is in stock first as some of the ebay stores don't have the item in stock, they wait for your order and then order it in, one store told me it would be with me within 10 working days and it still isn't here over one month later.

i would name them but not sur eif we are allowed to name and shame on this site.

but a clue is that they certainly aren't good 4 babies!

its a shame actually as i have just recently sold a jane nomad in glacier (whish is blue) it was unused as i managed to get hold of a pink one before the blue was delivered and i would have shipped to the states.

i would try emailing whizzywheels again though as they are normally quite good, i have ordered from them before, also try www.babyboom2000.co.uk again a very good store that i have used.
