Okay, here goes:

1 box macaroni elbows
2-3 Tbl butter
3-4 Tbl flour
1 cup milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
dash worstershire (sp?)
salt & pepper

Cook macaroni noodles to box directions. In large saucepan or deep frypan, melt butter over med-low heat (so it barely sizzles when melted). Slowly add flour, stirring constantly with whisk. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly to make it creamy. Slowly add cheese, stirring constantly (getting bored yet?) until melted. Add worstershire, salt and pepper to taste. Pour over drained macaroni and mix well.

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 20 Minutes Ready In: 30 Minutes
Yields: 4 servings

"Delicious white bean chili. Cha Cha says: 'It's kinda spicy, so watch out!'
Substitute mild green chiles for the jalapenos if you're scared! Use more chicken
and cheese as desired."
INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 (4 ounce) can diced jalapeno peppers
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
2 (14.5 ounce) cans chicken broth
3 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
3 (15 ounce) cans white beans
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Slowly cook and
stir the onion until tender. Mix in the garlic, jalapeno, green chile peppers,
cumin, oregano and cayenne. Continue to cook and stir the mixture until tender,
about 3 minutes. Mix in the chicken broth, chicken and white beans.
Simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Remove the mixture from heat. Slowly stir in the cheese until melted. Serve warm.

I made this the other day, and it has become a favorite. I used cheese on top for serving as well, and didnt add the jalepenos because I dont like my food too spicy. you can add potatoes in case it doesnt thicken right. I got this from my Grandma

My all time favorite meal

Swedish Meatballs

INGREDIENTS
1 lb of ground beef
1 lb of Italian sausage (i prefer spicy ones to make them hot)
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups of dried bread crumbs (i make my own, just cut up the bread into little cubes and bake it in the oven until lightly toasted  )
2 cans of mushroom soup
Egg Noodles

Combine the sausage, ground beef, eggs and bread crumbs. (you can add some seasonings as well, i usually put in some garlic salt) Make meatballs and cook until meat isn't pink. When the meatballs are done mix the mushroom soup and meatballs. Serve over noodles (or rice).
