Does he like new mexican food (alot of recipes you find on the internet are not food you find down in the south west lol so i just call it new mexican food.)
if so
package of corn tortillas (you can fry them to make them soft when you layer them, or do as i do and just dip them in the chili instead of frying)
Red chili
Cheddar cheese
Onion (if you like it)
Beef

You cook your beef. add your chili (if you need that recipe i can help its easy) then just dip your tortilla in chili mixture and lay a layer in a dish then spoon cheese and chili/beef then tortilla and do until you run out and cook at 375 till its nice and meted and yummy. Put oniions on top if you wish.

The Best Tuna Casserole Ever!

2 cans cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken
2 cans tuna; drained
10-12 oz egg noodles
1/4 cup milk
salt & pepper
2 cups plain potato chips

Preheat oven to 350. Boil noodles until al dente (they will soften in the oven) Mix cans cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, tuna, milk, and 1 cup crushed chips. Salt and pepper to taste. Add noodles, mix well. Pour into greased casserole dish and top with remaining cup of crushed chips. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.

You can also add a can of sweet peas into the mixture, or just serve them on the side.
