ok firls need help with military separation papers

My husband has decided he wants to get a seperation but has not filed the papers and I want to get them done asap. I am just sick of it all and want it over. Does anyone know how I would go about filing them with the military so that I can get the money that I should.

Go to JAG or the legal department on post and talk to them. They'd be able to advise you as to what your next steps need to be.

are you two seperating? or does he want a divorce? and what do youwant honey? If you want it to be over then you should file for a divorce! I know the not many people really want that, but if its best for you and your baby, do it now so it doesnt get ugly when the baby gets here! Im sorry hun, neverbeen involved with the military so I dont know how that stff works, but good luck and I hope this step opens the door up for you and your little one to truley be happy!

I honestly have not had anything to be happy about for a long time. I dont even know if I am happy about having this baby. I did get a job yesterday that I will start soon but I am not even really happy about that. It just something that is ya know. I dont want a divorce or sepatation but he does so I am wanting to just file separation paper to maybe give him some more time to think it out.

Im just going to tell you this honey! I know you are going through a rough time! but this is in no way that babys fault! You need to get your head out of the clouds and start thinking about what a bleesing you are about to bring into this world. Good for you about getting a job, that just brings you on step closer to being you. Stop living for him when he is not giving you the same in return! there are so many guys out there that will love you and your child! If he doesnt want to be that person, he doesnt deserve you! Bottom line, you cant live for you anymore, you have to live for your child, you layed down with him and you knew the reprecusions and what could happen when you did! he is obviously a DOUCHE BAG! file the papers and put it behind you!!! HE ISNT WORTH IT!! your baby is!
