Dying your hair??

I have a hair appointment at the end of this week at the salon i used to go to before I got pregnant, I havent dyed my hair since last december and i was wonder if you still went to the salon and got your hair done while you were pregnant..???

well i have my cousin do it at her house when Im home bc the smell in the salon bothers me. but i still get my hair done. With my first I went to the salon with no problems

its safe to get your hair done. tell them your pregnant and they will use dyes with less chemicals.

keep in mind though you may end up witha funny colour... because of your hormones.

Yep. It's completely safe. Just make sure and tell them if you need to get some air or something. Make sure you're not breathing in all the chemicals.

I had my hair done. It's ok if your salon uses the right products. Which most salons should! It wouldn't hurt to call ahead of time and let them know your pregnant... if it's a good salon they'll know what products are safe and what aren't.

i didnt get a color but i got a relaxer at 36 weeks. I heard that your hair might not take relaxers, perms, or color, due to hormones, but its safe for the baby. My hair came out great by the way
