Eating Marathon

Day two and she's still growing strong! All she wants to do is eat, I've gotten maybe a forty five minute break in the past six hours.... but because she isn't giving me anytime to produce more milk I feel like now she's not getting anything. Even when I tried pumping I couldn't' get anything, I can't imagine how little she's getting.
What should I do? Just let her keep going?
this isn't making for a very productive weekend! I haven't been able to get anything done!!

Pumping in no way shows what she might be getting while nursing - she's made to get milk out of the breast , a pump at best attempts to mimick a baby nursing and does a piss poor job of it much of the time .

If she's content on the breast let her nurse - I'm sure she is getting plenty of milk and comfort being there.

nope and they are frequent when they ae young.. . Generally 2-3weeks then 6 wks, 3 months and 6 months. Once your supply has come in it wont seem like she is constantly attatched to you

She'll be seven weeks old tomorrow!! And she has never done this. What's so frustrating is that she'll eat at like 10/15 minute intervals and then let go... and then SCREAM because apparently she wasn't done... I just keep thinking she's finished and then next thing I know. BAM
