WTF (vent)

This is my 3rd post...Hopefully my last today, but I had an 82 chevy pick up that my brother had bought for me. He tore the whole thing apart to "rebuild" it and never did. well I needed a car for the family im starting and I had asked if i could sell my truck (out of common cerdacy {sp}) and was told "no, i dont want it being sold cuz my car is about to go." So i was like fuck it whatever you know. well I just found out today that he's letting my mom trade it for a fuckin suburban that I wont even drive! & Its for her! How the hell am I going to be told I cant sell MY truck, and then him turn around and tell my mom go ahead? Dude WTF!? my mom has a fucking car!!! & i needed one and was told I couldnt sell it. and he only wants $500 for it when I KNOW i can get at least $1500 for it. Am i wrong for being pissed off?

Is it on paper that it is, infact, YOURS? If not, then you're pretty much SOL, I think. It sucks, yes, but I don't know what you could do.

How the hell are you gonna get $1500 for an 82 chevy pick up? I seriously doubt that is gonna happen! That truck is 26 yrs old I think you are way over evaluating the value of it.

Well than legally none of you guys can sell or trade it cause than whoever gets it wont be able to do crap with it through the motor vehicle cause it has no clear title.

and I know I cant do anything about it. It just pissses me off that it was given to me and he turns around and tells my mom she can fucking trade it KNOWING i need a car more than she WANTS a suburban

I was thinking this, too. I know Chris has a Chevy S-10 that's from 1992 or something. The Beast, he can get maybe $500 for. For an '82. you're REALLY over evaluating it.

Actually all they have to do is switch the name on the title..its $50
