pregnancy test?

Whats the earliest u can take one? and which ones are the best? my first pregnancy i already knew so i just got a cheap one from walgreens but now im not sure.. my period isnt till the 17th but i just wanna double check.. anyone know?

i was like 2 weeks prego and ept caught it.

i took 14 of em with my 6th kid.. even the expensive.. YOUR preg.. or not PREG one.. and nothing poppedup positive. then i went and waited a week.. and got the 3.87 from walmart and POSITIVE.

i used the first response ones...it was like 15 or 16 dollars and came with three....i took all three and all were positive..however...i waited til like two weeks after my period was supposed to come...b/c im always irregular....so i dont guess that was much help....

first response is like 4 days before you expected period. their not too bad. (: and to double check you can you usea digital one from clear blue- which is also 4 days early both priced around 10$ i beleive.(: good luck hunn.

Def need more time, I wouldnt test too early.. I would only test maybe on the 14thor 15th... but if you can hold out until the 17 to be more accurate...I know they have sensitive test that are supposed to detect pregnancy 5days b4 a missed period...

I really like First Response, and would recommend anyone needing a test to get that brand. I've always had very accurate results with them and their results show up much earlier than some other brands. I tested on the day after my missed period, but you can test about 4 days before you miss it. The sensitivity on this brand is really high, giving you earlier results. Good luck!

With a lot you can test 5 days before your missed period.

If your period is due the 17th, there is no test that will pick it up now. You havent even implanted yet.
You'll need to wait at least 5 days before your period is due. So, the 12th is when you can start testing.

This is way too early for a test to tell you accurately.
