Kat stopped eating the jarred food months ago. lol. She eats whatever we eat and if what we're eating is too spicy or if i know it won't react well with her tummy I make her something different. She usually comes up to me with her blanket between 8 and 9 to let me know she's ready for bed.

Yes and I think Pampers makes them too. Johnny wears the Huggies brand though and the overnight ones work great!!

Hmnmm... Maybe we should try these. I think this is the main reason she wakes up.

well, maybe she's just a late bloomer. Kat was earlier. She got ALL of her first 16 teeth by 11 months! Therefore I'm kinda happy I'm not breastfeeding. Goodness knows I'd be in pain or totally numb!

ha! i wouldnt want to feel that pain either....theres a joke going around my family that my grandfather will get teeth before bailey! but his in a cup in his bathroom lol

Gavin wakes up once or twice if he is teething or wet. We started using Pampers Extra Protection diapers for bedtime and he's been staying dry all night now.

We also have the problem of him needing a bottle to sleep but its a comfort thing for him and since we just moved and I just went back to work again we aren't rushing to take it away yet. Too many changes and new things at once isn't good. He also has a stuffed toy that he loves and always sleeps with. And I have the fan on low (not pointing at him) for some white noise to help him sleep too.

Like Ash suggested, the No Cry Sleep Solution is a great book. I still need to finish all of it but it was really helpful for us.

Skylie has 12 teeth and I've got neither numbness or pain. She just doesn't bite me and if there is a proper latch, you won't get bitten.

Though rarely, if she's passed out and no longer nursing I do get a nibble. But it's never intentional.

Well it was working out but we hit a snag when he was sick. He was so miserable so I had to rock him to sleep and he slept with us most nights so we are trying to ease him back into sleeping on his own again. But I love the book and have found it very helpful.

we have the fan on medium and oscillating because the heat went up again the inlaws aren't turning on the ac cuz we "can't afford it". oy.

And it looks like we're gona have to get some overnight diapers too because the past 2 days she's woken up with a little bit of overflow.

Victoria only has 4 teeth too! I'm not to concerned though. I think I've heard about babies that don't get teeth till much later.

Stacey - We actually have that book, it's just actually getting to read it is the probably. With Baby #2 on the way, I've been way tired. I'd probably fall asleep trying to read it.

Whitney - I tried not giving her any liquids before bed. OMG what a difference. First she barely made any fuss overnight so I didn't wake up to change her and second I woke up this morning worried I'd have to change her bedding and her clothes (I assumed she peed out of her diaper), but it wasn't even full. I was really relieved. So maybe she's just waking up cause her diaper is full and cold.

She really likes the lil entree's we still do stage 2 fruit (we add it to cereal for breakfast). But she eats our food too. She loves eggs and papas. But I would let her try anything you eat. Bailey will know not to choke on it and if she doesn't like it she'll push it out. Watch her the first few times if you are worried about choking.
