Best juice for constipation?

ok kaleb is having poo problems lol.

he hasn't poo'd for a WEEK. last friday he was screammmming for like an hour. he was sleepy.. i just figured that was why.. well turns out he was trying to shit out a ROCK.. no kidding, this poo was so fucking hard!
and since then he's had like two itty bitty little pellet turds.. i wouldn't even call them turds lol. and they were also very hard.
he is on soy formula.. so its not uncommon for his poo to be hard, and its usually like every other day.. no biggie. but a week?????


anyways.. i just started him on juice recently, but he doesn't get it regularly, b/c i put it in a sippy and he's still getting used to the sippy..
but.. i put some watereddown apple juice in a bottle and gave that to him.. 2 oz of juice and 2 oz of water... still nothing.


what is the best juice for constipation? or best remedy? he doesn't seem to be in TOO much discomfort.. but he has been fussy.... i thought it was either teething or his cough he's had. but now i think it was his poo. or lack of.

thats what i was thinking.. my mama always had prune juice on hand when i was a baby lol.

im hoping there is a nice surprise for me in the mrng. i gave him 2 oz of the apple juice earlier.. i think i checked his diaper every time he made a grunt today lol. and i gave him the other 2 oz before he went to bed

theres also baby laxitives that can help. Ive never used them but my friend used to use them because her baby would always be constipated

yes! i didn't think about his fruits b/c he gets them everyday..
i'll tell the sitter to give him pears tmw.
