I've had them since high school! Prep-H is very helpful especially after using Tucks. Make sure you are doing all you can to not be constipated as that will make them worse. When you have to go tot he bathroom, dont bring reading material and dont strain. If it doesnt start to happen quickly, give-up and rty later. The position "on the bowl" puts more pressure where you dont want it and makes it worse. Good luck. They are very annoying and painful.

The tucks just help clean and cool the area when things are really inflamed. Prep-H has shark oil in it that helps reduce the swelling and pain/itch. It's really thick but it works well on the swelling. I hate the smell and think i smell shark oil all day after i use it. There are other creams that are good at topical numbing. One is called Nupercainal ( ithink) but i'm not sure if it's ok for preggos. You should ask your doc as I'm sure they've heard it all.

Ugh - i feel your pain.

Tucks, a warm bath and time. Mine got better after a couple of weeks.

This made me remember how crappy I felt PP! It does get better.
