My 37 week appointment. + pic.

So i had an ultrasound today to get an estimate on how much she weighs & she weighs 7 lbs 14 oz!  & i still have about 3 weeks left. My doctor is debating on whether or not to induce me at 39 weeks. (which i really hope she does)
I'm also not dilated or effaced at all  
If any one has any tips on how to get labor going let me know! lol.

Sex. Walking. Some kind of tea (I don't remember what it is).

Cute bump mama! Walking, squats, lots and lots of sex. I actually sat around and did nothing at all and I dialated to a 3 but 37 weeks and was 50% effaced!

Is it called rasberry leaf tea?

Massaing your nipples is supposed to help though I hear it varies from woman to woman. Massaging your nipples releases oxytcin which is natural form of Pitocin. And pitocin is used by doctors to induce labor.

hun dont worry about it ultrasound estimate are not usually right two days before they induced me they estimated my son to be 7 15 he came out 10 2. My sister they took her baby a week early because at 38 weeks they estimated her to be 8 15 she was 6 2.

The tea is Raspberry leaf tea. The night after I drank it I went into labor but it could have just been a coincidence.

yeah that's what my doc said. She said that it's usually a 1/2 lb off.

There's a chemical in Semen apparently that they use to induce labor as well..

if you have a pump, now would be the time to use it.
Not only could you freeze it for later,
but pumping induces labor (thats why you're not suppose to pump while pregnant)
