i can't really eat anything hot . . or a lot of meat, i had roast beef last night & had to like eat a carrot or two right after eatting the meat so i could keep it down

the thing i hate about this pregnancy, if i eat alot of something (for example, if i eat mac&cheese more than 3 times in a week), it will start making me sick if i think about it.
