Lactating issues.

I need help. i can't produce enough milk to keep my supply up. i'm pumping and i keep pumping and nothing seems to do the trick. I had plenty of milk my first week and now it seems to be drying up.

is there anything i can do? i posted a topic about this a couple days ago, and somene said something about herbal pills; has any one tried them and had success?

I was the same way with my daughter I produced alot of milk the first week and then all of a sudden it quit my doc. told me that breastfeeding just wasent for me and that there was nothing I could do.

They were talking about fenugreek. It usually works pretty well. You can get it at any health food store.
