does anyone else feel...

like babies are becoming accessories lately? or at least that all these young girls are kinda acting like it? or am i just weird?

yeah i def know what you mean around where i live girls are having babies just bc they can and treating them almost if they are like dolls or those little puppies you can dress up in clothes

right, cuz teen moms are totally the new rage   We all tried to get pregnant and have babies at 10 because they're super cool!

ok before we even go there, im not targeting teen moms, im talking about the young girls who actually are TRYING to get pregnant on purpose because they "want" a baby even though they aren't ready for it. i was 21 when i got pregnant and still think i was too young...

any one who wants a baby just because they will have someone who will always love them is stupid. I agree. But its not just young girls that try to get pregnant for the reasons you say. I'm not trying to be bitchy (even tho in my last post I was trying to lol) but generalizations like that are what cause drama.

In her defense, those teens at that school that made a pact did so because Jamie Spears got pregnant and they thought it was; "Cool."

yeah they're fucking stupid. But like I said, anyone who tries to get pregnant for reason's like they think it will fix their relationship or they'll have someone to love forever is stupid. I totally agree that young girls who try to get pregnant because they just want a baby are stupid.

I think a 30 year old can be as good of or as bad of a mother as a 17 year old.

It's ridiculously relatively and completely depends on the person at hand. And I see no reason why you'd want to start drama by posting this.

I'm 20 years old and I'll garuntee that whatever question you ask (financial status, living arrangements, savings etc) I can ace. My daughter and I are doing great.

I dress her nicely and get her the best gear and toys I can afford.

Being a young mother, to answer you question:

Anyone who actually tries to conceive before the age of 21 (unless given VERY specific, valid reasons), is obviously not the brightest crayon in the box.

Thats what I said lol. Generalizations like that start drama. Just like the generalization that anyone who is pro choice is a baby killer and anyone who is pro-life is anti woman. (sorry debate I had before) lol

I had my first at 19. I was TTC.

I never ttc. I got pregnant on accident all 7 times   even tho I tried to stop it from happening
