Numbness in belly?

I am almost 10 weeks pp and I had a c section. My stomach is completely numb from my belly button down. Is that noraml? Also is it more common to have the hanging. flabby looking belly after a c setion then vaginal births?

Im not sre about the "flabby" part but my sis had a C-section and she's 8 months PP and still has some numbness around her incision area.

mine is numb too in a lot of places...it is bizarre.

Yeah that's normal.
I'm two weeks PP with a c-section and I asked my mom (she had all 4 of us kids through c-section) and she said it can take six months, sometimes more, for the numbness to go away.

it's because they cut through nerves when you have a c-section, so healing them takes awhile, and I guess it makes sense.


annnnnnnd I hate my flabby pooch...supposedly it takes some hard work to get it to go away, I plan to exersize like crazy when I get the go-ahead.

yep its normal.. they cut through nerves witch causes the numbness... it may never go away i still have numbness and ive had 2 c csections.. im 8 months pp from my second kid
the flab is normal too some chicks are just lucky and dont get that stupid flab but ever.
try excercising a little start out easy it may help
some toning. i dunno
mine is still here yay!
