stress eating!

so my sister has been in the hospital for a little over a week with liver abcesses and it was really serious at one point. Well she is getting better but I have been so worried about her as well as helping take care of her 2 week old (her boyfriend is helping and he is doing well but its his first time so he definitely needs help). I have also been taking care of my 5 month old alone (my husband worked 92 hours last week) and going to school full time to finish my degree. All while we all (myhusband, myself, my son, my nephew andmy sisters boyfriend) are saying at my moms house.
I have been so streesed and find myself just eating many times for no reason I am not even hungry but I just eat and I just catch myself doing it in the middle of eating. Does anyone else do this? I was doing so good and now Im a little disappointed with myself. That was really just kind of a vent! Sorry for whining!

Food is just a comfort & give's you something to do. I wouldn't worry to, to much about it, if it's helping keep your mind off. Just counter balance with a work out...even if that mean's walking with the babies or something. Keep your head up.

I eat when stressed too (and upset or sad, hah). I noticed if I get out of the house when I get the urge to stress eat, that it helps. Even going out to exercise just helps me to refocus the stress.
