not feeling well

I'ts been a week since I had my baby and I've been feeling great but today I think it all just fell on top of me. I am aching all over, my boobs are sore, I am so tired but can't fully fall asleep   my in-laws are over and I can't stand them! Everyday they call me and are like, 'so what are we doing today?' and I have to try and think of something for us to do and try and time it around when he needs a feed.Yesterday he literally fed every hour, I was so tired. The nurse told me that a baby will want to be fed more if he's handled a lot. And my in-laws never leave him alone! Even when he's sleeping they go over and talk to him in his pram/crib cuz they wanna see his eyes open. Tonight I'll just have to say they can't hold him. Gahhh, sorry about the rant but I just had to get it out. My husband has been working night shifts 3 nights in a row so is wrecked also. They go home tomorrow night, I can't wait! They are such a nuisance, they haven't helped ONE bit. They won't even change a nappy  

Your body prob is worn out,rest as much as poss,I know it's hard but try to get some rest in.

Hang in there honey. I know how you feel about the in laws. Well my MIL anyway. She has been drinving me insane. It will get better,,,,,

I found the first few days the toughest, the only thing that helped me was expressing a little bit of milk so chris could do one of the night feeds/early morning feeds so i could grab some sleep. Sorry if thats not much help!
