re: contractions....Help plz

girl. Like it was said earlier in this post i think,.... GET YOUR BOOTY in there and HAVE YOUR BABY! good luck! Pray for me to have mine soon too! lol . I hope mine is not too fashionably late. He has been moving less and me hurting more so hopefully soon! but enough about me whining.. GO GIRL!

I would wait.
You will know when you need to go in.
your body knows.. and thats why you will know.
I only went into the hospital one time before I delivered.. and that was to have a baby.
I just had this feeling...and 9 hours later I had her. What you need to do is keep walking and wait it out because thast what they make you do when you get there.. so enjoy it at home where you can be comfortable.

yeah thats what ive been thinking...im just gonna relax and let my body do its work.

I mean I know its not like scientific evidence but I really believe you have this instinct in you to know when you are ready. I never had a false alarm so I guess I can't speak from experience what that felt like.. but when I did go in.. I even doubted myself.. but something inside me knew enough to go in because I knew it was it..even with the doubt...
When I got to the hospital I was 3cm dialated (Which I had been for a week already)... and an hour later once I got to the hospital.. I was 5. Another hour later I was ready.

And I even went in before the pain was BAD. I thought it was bad when I left to go to the hospital.. BOOOOOY was I wrong.

I didn't have my water break either and I lost my mucus plug weeks before.. so sometimes you just don't have clear signs.So like I was saying...... it's a feeling you get...or an instinct.

Just make sure you don't wait too long - you don't want to get stuck on campus in the middle of game-day crowds...Of course, if the game is going on the crowds won't be as bad; its before and after the games that are awful.
