So i posted a thing about this like a month back, but i dont see how they cant prove her guilty now?
She didnt report her daughter missing for a month, instead of being out looking for her she was out at clubs and parties, there were strands of her daughters hair in the trunk of her car, the bloode in the trunk matched her daughters DNA, and the tests cam back showing body decomposition in the trunk. In the courtrooms she wont talk she just crosses her arms and will laugh. Her mom who believes she is innocent says it smelt for while as if something died in her daughters trunk, i just think she so bad wants to beleive shes innocent and her granddaughters alive somewhere.
What the hell kind of mom wouldnt be out looking for her daughter and awnsering questions if she didnt committ the crime?
Then some dickweed bountyhunter bailed her out of jail, because she was found guilty for child neglect,making false judgements, and obstruction, but now he wants to revoke it. And shes supposed to be back in jail today. thta what i understood.
so my question to you is do you think she is innocent for murder?

If she is in fact innocent it will be some huge twist of facts to prove just why she hadn't reported Caylee missing for over a month. I'm sorry, but she needs to be convicted for that alone. Not only this, but how do you explain the blood, hair, and air samples taken from the car that prove there was a body decomposing? Unless she has some boyfriend or friend who killed her daughter and used her car to dispose of the body. I'm also suspicious of the recent slab of concrete in the grandparents back yard.....

thats exactlywhat i am saying, and also the babysitter she named Zenaida Gonzales she says took her daughter has never even met the family, and then her next excuse was its not the same girl, well how many people with that name would live in the same town? And if in fact she did take her then why would she wait a month to report her why not that day?

Cause she doesnt give a damn about her daughter. She is a sick person really and needs to be in jail. They have enough evidence now so I dont understand what they are waiting for. She needs to rot in jail. I'm sorry but I have no sympathy for her at all. I think she is guilty 100% and if she isnt then she is just plain stupid cause there is no way I would just be sitting their pretty while my child has been missing for 10 weeks and let people think I harmed her.

It doesnt make sense and to be that far fetched you just have to be lying. The only reason you would go through all that trouble to make up such lies is because you are guilty imo. If not maybe she sold her daughter to someone and they ran to another country with her. Either way she did something horrible to that child.

I think there will always be hope that the little girl is alive somewhere, but in my heart of hearts I feel that the mother is guilty.

I know they did do some digging in the back yard and brought the dogs but they didnt find anything. I think the dogs did smell something though. I cant remember there has been so many strange things with this case. I'm not sure where the new cement stuff came from and if they knew when they were searching in the back.

She a fucked up person and i think if she murderd her poor innocent daughter then not only does she need to rot but she needs to be inline for the death penalty, I dont see how they dont have enough evidence to prove she did it. They dotn have any evidnece that would prove otherwise. And i dont know if you guys watch CNN with nancy grace, but when she was talking to her lawyer he would just say stupid childish shit because she would prove him a liar and he would say things like "what was that i couldnt hear you i was to busy talking over you" , so he wouldnt have to awnser.

I agree. You always want to be wrong but I just dont feel it for this one. Especially with the new evidence they found from the trunk. That poor little girl

i agree you dont want to beleive she is dead, but i beleived in my heart at first maybe her mom just gave her away to someone ya know? that her mom did somethign with her but she is alive somewhere until i heard about the trunk of the car and what all they found.

Her lawyers is such a dumbass. I cant beleive she would get the dumbest lawyer in Orlando. He hasnt said anything yet that makes any sense or helps his client. He says the dumbest things I ever heard come out of a lawyers mouth. Yesterday on Nancy Grace they had him talking and he was like I know stuff but I dont have to tell you and you are not going to force me like a little kid. Um if you know stuff then why dont you tell the police to help your client.

I know it's pretty much now just the waiting game of when they are going to charge her for it. Not sure whats taking so long but now she is back in jail for forgery and some other crazy stuff. This lady just doesnt stop. They said she even stoled from her Grandmothers account. She is a twisted sick women aside from everything else.
