2nd round at inducing today

so today at 1 I'm being induced...AGAIN...yes this is the second attempt, they tried monday but it just didn't work, pitocin didn't even make me contract and the Citotech did nothing after 3 tries so they sent me home to rest. I'm really nervous and afraid of the pain but I know woman have been doing it forever...and if they can't get it to work this time they are going to give me a C-Section, which right now I would prefer(I'm really good with pain)...but my midwife really wants me to deliver vaginally and I really like her and trust her so I am going to try...wish me luck today, I'm praying that I'm strong enough to do this

PLUS last night Gracelynn decided to move to where she was on top of my stomach which made me throw up and while I was eating my breakfast today I wasn't feeling quite right so I took the trash can to the bathroom and of course I through up again(and I have to have the trash can because when I throw up I pee now)

so let me get this straight... they induced you but didnt break your water???

what was the point in that??

They didn't because I wasn't progressing at all, I was still dialated at 1 cm and my cervix was still hard after 24 hours and my midwife didn't want to keep pushing it and end up with me having to have a c-section

i got induced too but they broke my water when i was like 4 cm... they wait to see if there's any progress before breaking your water

i didnt realize the whole "no progress induction" was going on... i was 3-4 when i was sent in at 38 weeks for induction, so i didnt even think about it.

hope shes on her way! Sorry you arent feeling well!
